Reed Diffuser Base and Australian Fragranced Oils

How to use

Instructions for use:
Twist and remove wooden bottle lid. Carefully remove the clear plastic stopper from the top of the bottle.
Replace and tighten wooden lid.
Tip the bottle upside down for 1 – 2 seconds so that the fragrance absorbs into the wooden lid. Replace plastic cap.
Hang in your car or around the home.
Repeat steps 1-3 as required.
Note: Do not allow any of the liquid to come in contact with any car/home surfaces, it will cause damage. Do not over saturate the lid as it may travel up the cord.

Excellent customer service, even though Aus Post took nearly 1 month to deliver

Fantastic customer communication and service when Aus Post had let down the company with late delivery of the car diffusers. I received the tracking number from the vendor and had to visit the local post office, which is a 50 minute round trip, to enquire where the package was. The package was given priority delivery as it had sat in the sorting room for nearly 1 month and I received it 2 working days later.

Excellent product, smells delightful without being overbearing and I will purchase it from the shop when I next run out and avoid the post altogether.
